Hailing from the land of down under, comes a mineral sunscreen with no parabens and chemicals. This also stems from the brand’s need to protect the coral reefs and thus, they don’t use oxybenzone or octinoxate. (Oxybenzone is a chemical that has been linked to hormonal changes and is found in coral reefs). You can’t fault their cute, sesame packaging as well.

Another popular sunscreen in Singapore, which also comes from Australia is All Good Kid’s Mineral Sunscreen. Like the above, they are free from chemicals that could potentially harm your children’s skin. It is water resistant and is suitable for babies older than 6 months. It smells especially good with chamomile smell too. But, perhaps that’s just my preference.

I can’t emphasize enough on how much I love this sunscreen. If you have dry skin like me, this sunscreen not only will provide your baby and you with the protection you need with SPF 45+ but also hydrate that skin and prevent it from drying out. For better effects, you should go for the hydrating lotion range but as a sunscreen for babies with sensitive skin, it is a great choice. You could probably get this at a nearby Watson for easy convenience too.

This sunscreen has high UV protection coverage at SPF 50+ and is non-allergic. However, it is a bit thick and has to be rubbed in properly so do take your time with this one. It’s worth considering especially if you are gonna spend the day just enjoying a hotel pool and chilling out with the kids. Some reviewers have mentioned that due to this rubbing in, it lasts longer!
