Delta Swimming Complex opened to the public on 7 Nov 1979. Formerly known as the Delta Sport and Recreation Centre, it is just a 4-minute walk away from the Redhill MRT. Other than the residents in the mature residential estate, the Swimming Complex draws in white collar workers from the Central Business District (CBD) nearby as well.
For those hungry after exercising, the Redhill Market and Food Centre is just right across the road. If you are willing to travel slightly further, you can enjoy meatballs from IKEA Alexandra that is a 10-minute bus ride away. The Queensway Shopping Centre near there is also a popular option to visit to purchase sporting equipment.
