Katong Swimming Complex is slightly secluded right in the heart of landed estates but is just an 8-minute walk from Mountbatten MRT. Having served the community since its opening in September 1975, it is one of the oldest surviving public pool in Singapore. A unique feature of the Swimming Complex is the row of animal structures such as fish, duck and seal, spouting water into the pool.
The 13-minute walk to Old Airport Road Food Centre is definitely worth it to satisfy your hunger pangs after swimming.
