Ray had started coaching swimming part time in his university days but had zero knowledge of how to expand his business other than relying on customer referrals. Once he had turned full time after his graduation, he started SwimRay by roping in Co-Owner Jay, still with absolute zero connections in the swimming fraternity.
Yet in a span of a short 1.5 years, Swimray has grown to hold over 150 classes in over 100 condominiums in Singapore every week. The secret to the fast expansion lies in SwimRays’s marketing efforts, and its unique way of generating leads/clients.
