In Swimray, we have coaches who alter their style of teaching to suit our clients needs in order to help them improve. With different types of learners, various methods of teaching should be implemented. In order to teach efficiently, coaches need to find the most appropriate method. For the month of November, we feature Coach Zora, who demonstrated the important of being strict in order to get her student's attention. 

Coaches don’t always begin their classes being strict. Starting off with a soothing tone helps to capture the attention of the kids. Coaches become stern and serious when the learner starts to become naughty and refuses to cooperate. Being strict encourages students to prepare for lessons and be more attentive during the classes. This helps to maintain control of the class to ensure the kids learn.

Our coaches will not speak at a condescending tone all day! Coaches will only change their tone for a period of time to achieve what is needed. After the rocky period is over, coaches can change the tone back to a more fun and relaxed tone depending on how the kids perform so as to end the class on a good note and for the kids to look forward to the next lesson.
