In SwimRay, we believe in the importance of building bonds and strong relationships as it creates a harmonious and healthy environment for our coaches to work in. To celebrate this year’s Halloween, coaches gathered together with the common intention to update one another regarding their coaching journey thus far. With good food and games such as “Know your buddy” as well as teamwork games such as the “Best Dress-Up”, coaches get to interact with their peers and work together as a group to win attractive prizes.
During the Dress-up game section, coaches were given limited time to discuss and prepare. They are then required to do a catwalk down the aisle, alongside music to enhance the atmosphere. Coaches had to explain their reasons behind their dress-up. We had stories such as swimming mummies to an anime character from “Demon Slayer”, points were given to rate in terms of their creativity and appearance. Out of 6 Groups, team Marcus consisting of Cynthia, Marcus, Yahiro, Claris and KC was awarded as best overall team.
