To cater to active children, our coaches design classes with plenty of movement, including exercises that involve kicking and pulling. By focusing on freestyle and breaststroke kicks, your child can burn off energy while simultaneously developing their leg motor skills. The teaching syllabus remains the same as in other classes, and when your children are ready, they can also participate in Swimsafer tests. With their surplus energy, they will be more eager to perform strokes, leading to faster learning.
