Private Swim Coaches Training
Given the busy schedules of our coaches, finding time for exercise to stay fit and updated can be challenging. Therefore, for the monthly training in May, the focus was on improving endurance. This particular training was designed to accommodate their limited availability and ensure they can enhance their fitness levels despite time constraints.
In this training session, our coaches revisited and practiced their stroke techniques, with a specific emphasis on developing endurance and improving form. Whether you are a novice or an advanced swimmer, this dynamic workout offers something beneficial for everyone, catering to a wide range of skill levels.
To begin with, the training session focuses on breaststroke and freestyle, which are fundamental strokes known for their ability to improve endurance and overall swimming performance. Coaches are provided with detailed instructions on executing precise arm movements, leg kicks, and maintaining the correct body position to swim these strokes efficiently and with power. The aim is to enhance our understanding of these techniques and maximize endurance in the water.
Moving on, the session also covers butterfly and backstroke, which require strength, coordination, and endurance. Our knowledgeable coaches break down the techniques, emphasizing the precise timing of arm and leg movements, as well as the significance of maintaining proper body positioning. By practicing these strokes, participants not only build endurance but also enhance their overall swimming skills.
Lastly, the training session concludes with a series of invigorating drills designed to reinforce and fine-tune stroke techniques across all swimming styles. These drills serve to maintain proper form, improve endurance, and reinforce muscle memory, ensuring participants can perform at their best in the water.
