In SwimRay, we believe in the importance of building bonds and strong relationships as it creates a harmonious and healthy environment for our coaches to work in. To celebrate this year’s Christmas with our new coaches, we gathered together to share our experiences and ideas in coaching. With good food and games such as Salt and Pepper, Scavenger Bingo and Snowman building, coaches get to interact and work together as a group to win attractive prizes.
For the game of Salt and Pepper, coaches are given a hidden word that they have to figure out by asking “Yes” or “No” questions. After having a clue on what their word is, they have to find their mysterious partner who has a matching word. An example would be “Gin” and “Tonic”, “Sun” and “Moon” and “Cookies” and “Cream”. This game allows coaches to go out of their comfort zone and interact with newer and older coaches.
